從叉車結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)劃上避免腐蝕
avoid corrosion from forklift structure planning
(1)在叉車整體安置上考慮避免腐蝕介質(zhì)積累。盡量避免關(guān)閉區(qū)域,或堅(jiān)持關(guān)閉系統(tǒng)通風(fēng)和排水杰出,如考慮內(nèi)燃叉車整機(jī)的通風(fēng)、散熱。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)作的尾氣盡量從配重的下部排放或經(jīng)過(guò)凈化、降溫從配重上部向上排放。關(guān)于蓄電池叉車如前移式叉車,可開(kāi)設(shè)通風(fēng)窗,以堅(jiān)持電動(dòng)機(jī)散熱和通風(fēng),蓄電池箱底開(kāi)設(shè)漏液孔和裝置積液器。

(3)留意顯露件的維護(hù)。電器材與接頭安置在內(nèi)側(cè),或加防護(hù)罩殼。整車顯露易腐蝕和易進(jìn)水的部位設(shè)防塵罩。例如,歪斜液壓缸、轉(zhuǎn)向液壓缸活塞桿顯露段設(shè)防塵套;車身上多處顯露工藝孔或功用孔設(shè)防水塞。
(3) pay attention to the maintenance of exposed parts. electrical equipment and joints are placed inside or with protective cover. the vehicle can expose the dust cover which is easy to corrode and easy to enter. for example, the exposed section of the piston rod of the inclined hydraulic cylinder and the steering hydraulic cylinder is provided with a dust-proof sleeve, and the waterproof plug is installed in the exposed process holes or functional holes of the car body.
(4)零部件規(guī)劃時(shí)考慮其均勻腐蝕,挑選一種或幾種組合防腐辦法。叉車常用的防護(hù)辦法有涂層、電鍍、轉(zhuǎn)化膜和涂防銹油、脂等。不同的工藝,具有不同的耐腐蝕功能。例如杭州h系列叉車,曾經(jīng)許多銷、軸、螺栓、支架外表為發(fā)黑處理,液壓缸缸蓋等諸多顯露加工面不進(jìn)行處理,使得叉車還未出廠就已銹蝕。經(jīng)過(guò)完善外表處理要求,進(jìn)步零件規(guī)劃的合理性,以及有用規(guī)范外表處理工藝,促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)品外觀質(zhì)量和耐蝕性的進(jìn)步。
